My first time having something custom framed, and The Great Frame Up did not disappoint. The art I brought it was on very flimsy paper and I wasn't 100% happy with its initial framing. Alan and Carolyn were so courteous and helpful with finding solutions, no questions asked. Now i've got a gorgeous piece of art perfectly complemented by its gorgeous frame and mat. I have used this location multiple times I've the past few years and the service is always top notch. The people the own and run the store are very knowledgeable, very friendly and always happy to help no matter how much help you may need! When I pick up my framed items they look great - exactly what I wanted, asked for, and discussed with the associate. Cannot recommend this store highly enough for your framing needs.
If you need something framed in the Decatur/ATL area, this is the place to do it. I have now had 2 pieces of fine art left to them with amazing results. They will take the time and care you need to make sure you end up with what you want. They don’t cut corners to simply get stuff finished and out the door. Best of all, they LISTEN to your input while providing helpful tips along the way.
Although we didn’t buy anything this visit, we spoke with Alan who was so incredibly helpful, kind, and honest. He educated us on our options and spent time to weigh options with us. I highly recommend this business to anyone. They are professional and really want to do right by their clients.
Just had my second fantastic experience at the Great Frame Up! Andy, the owner, has a brilliant eye for design. He patiently took time to show me plenty of frame and mat options he thought would look good with my art, while fitting within my budget. I really appreciated the one-on-one attention and getting to talk art with Andy. He works in framing because he’s truly passionate about it—what more could you ask for when framing a unique, sentimental piece of art?
Andy is the best framer I have seen in Atlanta. He will go above and beyond to make your framing dreams a reality. Me and my dad both are really fond of his framing skills. Andy (the owner) helped us create such a special way to honor my dog who passed away. Incredibly professional, creative, and had amazing ideas on what to exactly do.
