My first time having something custom framed, and The Great Frame Up did not disappoint. The art I brought it was on very flimsy paper and I wasn't 100% happy with its initial framing. Alan and Carolyn were so courteous and helpful with finding solutions, no questions asked. Now i've got a gorgeous piece of art perfectly complemented by its gorgeous frame and mat. Am so glad The Great Frame Up came to Decatur! I love the work they do and this location does not disappoint! Their opening was perfect timing, as I needed a degree framed. My university accidentally crinkled a piece of my diploma so I wasn't sure how it was going to work out (if they could frame it or if I needed to request a new one). They worked their magic and even helped me design the frame. They were helpful, not pushy, and stayed perfectly in my budget. So happy I came here! Highly recommend!

If you need something framed in the Decatur/ATL area, this is the place to do it. I have now had 2 pieces of fine art left to them with amazing results. They will take the time and care you need to make sure you end up with what you want. They don’t cut corners to simply get stuff finished and out the door.
